After all, as I have emuNAND too with 19.0.1 and everything works fine. Is updating FW worth it?20.1.5 looking OK here on emunand![]()

If you're using lots of sys-modules, go back to 18.1.0 as it has the most memory available for sys-modules (around 40 MB). 19.0.1 has around 24 MB so it's not that bad, while 20.x.x has only 14 MB.After all, as I have emuNAND too with 19.0.1 and everything works fine. Is updating FW worth it?
I would like stay in emuNAND and only update to use SysNAND for point situation.
Is it possible. May I need to update atmosphere and hekate even if i don’t want to update FW of emuNAND?

Atmosphère. Hekate. Sigpatches/sys-patch. Are supported. But some sysmodule are not, upgrade only if is strictly necessaryHi,
my sons switch is currently i am on fw1.9.x can anyone confirm if it is safe to update to the latest FW2.1.5?
will the latest sigpatches, atmosphere , hekate, fusee... work on this? Or better to update to 2.1.0?
Thx![]()

Lack of available memory? 20.x.x has only 14MB for sys-modules, while 19.x.x has 24MB and 18.x.x has 40 MB.Does anyone know why this would happen?
That's what I thought too. But then I don't get why it was working fine on 20.1.1 when I had the same amount of mods.Lack of available memory? 20.x.x has only 14MB for sys-modules, while 19.x.x has 24MB and 18.x.x has 40 MB.

Works on 19.0.1
base does but the update has a master key of 18.0, which is weird as it's usually the other way round. source from nfo filesDidnt know the gex collection needed firmware 20.0.1.0 to run, oh well. Can always use either retroarch or duckstation to play the games from the gex collection.
thats weird as it says on the nfo that base game requires 20.0.1 to run, but it has no master key either, unless the group forgot or didn't bother. I'm not getting it so can't check myself but i would expect it has the same master key as the updateWithout

SAK "Swiss Army Knife" lets you patch games to lower firmware. Was useful when SX was abandoned at FW 11. Most newer titles don't won't nowadays tho.I wonder if DBI patches the game somehow to make it run on a lower firmware or something? I think I've seen other users mentioning it in the past but I'm not sure how to get the real info whether it's possible or not to run a certain game on a lower firmware. @duckbill007 I wonder if you can help us out?
