I don't understand about why some members resort to personal attacks and insults, also one did to me yesterday.

Of course they were weapons sites, the US reneged on the agreement that gave Iran any compelling reason to cease development on nuclear weapons back in 2017. It's still moronic to take Netanyahu at his word on the timeline of when those weapons would've been completed though, he's been claiming they were two weeks away from completion since 1999. If Trump was so eager to plunge the US into direct conflict, Ukraine was right fucking there. Russia was always going to get involved either way, and at least we would've had more justification for helping our ally defend themselves.
