Third party games not selling very well...

Who would have thought that selling old ports of games that most people interested have probably already played at full price wouldn’t work? The game key part isn’t even that relevant, since most people either don’t know about it or don’t care. They should focus on Switch exclusives or more recent titles instead and then they will sell. I wouldn't wonder if Fast Fusion is doing great, I certainly will buy it in the next weeks.
Don't know about?? Cyberpunk sold really well because it actually contains the full game. Stop coping.

You do know it's also the second best selling digital game on the shop? So, even though it being fully physical helps, the game is selling because people want to play it on the switch, no matter how they get it.

It's a pretty BS article. Because this says otherwise:

Don't forget the Switch 2 has only been out for 2 weeks. You expect folks to bulk buy several third-party games after buying an entirely new console?

I can only speak for myself, but Street Fighter 6 I already own twice on other platforms and my Switch 2 was 510€, so I don't have the cash to buy a bunch of games on top of that. So yes, I agree: console is 2 weeks old and most people who bought one aren't exactly rushing to get games right now, so they might only have gotten one. So even if it was true that "Switch 2 games aren't doing so hot right now" it would be expected, and with this in mind they're doing just fine

well what did they expect. selling games already available on other platforms.... Reminds me of the wii U. 3rd parties bitching because they shit was not selling when most of them were crappy ports of games over 1 year old.....

I went out of my way to buy Cyberpunk on the cart. Also bought MKW on the cart. I refuse to buy this game key bullshit and hope it fails hard.

If I want a digital game, I'll use steam or gog. I buy a handheld console to plug in a cart and play.

Nothing wrong with that. It's your preference.

I’m glad if they are not selling well. My attitude to digital and keycard is to ignore it and vote with my wallet. No matter how much I like a game I won’t buy it unless it’s on a physical cart. Maybe these companies will learn unless they put their games on cart then it’ll hurt their sales
