How are you using the mod ie where is it placed on your sd card?

Stupid question again, if you dump a eshop game with personal console info + ticket, could you install nsp and not get instaban

Sorry for the late reply, for some reason this time around I accidentally cleared the notifications.

Well, that does sound weird. Maybe they've changed something in firmware to make those games you're trying out to not work unless the update for them is downloaded and installed? And you're right, going into maintenance mode does clear the update nag for the system update, not the game update. What's even weirder is that you created a fresh emuNAND from a sysNAND where everything works apparently, yet update nag keeps coming back for the games.

I'd try cleaning orphaned files via DBI and see if that will solve the issue. Really weird.

Another thing that may be causing the issue is that the games might be incomplete on install? I've had a similar issue with Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut and Lost in Random, I think. Even though the game says that's it's on e.g. v1.0.1 it still required a v1.0.1 update to be installed separately in order to work.

Tried using JDownloader? That's what I usually use for downloading stuff. As for the error you're getting it's either a browser or network issue. Could be that the name is too long as well. It's been a while since I run into such an issue.

You should definitely give your laptop's HDD a bit more breathing space. :D Move some of the stuff to the external HDD and see if that will fix your downloading issue.

Sorry for the late reply, had to take another break. ^^;

It took FOREVER, but through some miracle (And a lot of freeing up space on my laptop and External HDD)
I finally managed to download two games on my PC and transferred them to my Switch through DBI!

For Pokémon Scarlet, I had to download the NSP and its update before things started working, sort of.
I still end up getting this message:

1000001975.jpg

But at least I can still start up the game and play it somewhat!
I'd still like to use PKHex to edit my Pokémon, but for some reason, even though it's working in CFW now,
none of my Pokémon are showing up in it despite all of them being out of Pokémon HOME and back into Scarlet on OFW.

Would using JKSV help with making a copy of the current save with all my Pokémon on it?

Since I can get NSP files now, I think that's my only issue currently.
After that, I think I can figure out any other future problems on my own.

And if not, well, this place has been a great source of help so far, so I'll definitely come back here first whenever I need help. :)

Switch 1 v1, CFW 19.0.1, Atmosphere 1,8,0, Emunand, OFW 13.2.0 sysnand, trying to get back to clean switch so i could transfer files to Switch 2 and i can't actually understand what i'm doing wrong or what i actually need to do.

I thought simply taking SD card out will make my switch boot to OFW but that isn't the case (or at least, it isn't like that for me), i still need hekate to boot switch 1 to OFW

Can anyone tell me what to exactly do or what am i doing wrong?
Will i be able to transfer my files to Switch 2 with my Switch 1 just being as it is by simply updating stock Sysnand or do i need to totally remove SD card with CFW atmosphere on it?

Hey all!

Bit of an odd one. I have a Pokemon Scarlet Save on my modded switch 1. Scarlet was installed as a NSP rom etc. I do actually have a Pokemon Violet Cartridge and wanted to move my save over to that so I could play it on a legit switch. I have managed to get the Scarlet save onto Violet using JKSV however not when i play on the internal storage using the cartridge. Any way to get the save data over to the internal storage without getting banned?

The internal storage is completely separate so far from any cfw.

Any help would be amazing :)

Since i play mostly in portable mode and plugged to the Wall , what are the stock values of the Nintendo switch V2 to overclock to without damaging the system while overclocking ?

Hey so, I'm not banned since i was able to play months ago and then went on a long break from the game, but my modded switch refuses to load online for Splatoon 3. It just says "a communication error has occurred".
I did not cheat or do any hacking to my profile. i am merely loading the game. I am presuming its my internet somehow but i'm a little paranoid so I want to ask here if it's likely just my connection or if i am actually console-banned from the game bc i can't even play on my other profiles that have NSO.

Everything else is loading fine.

There is no way to do that without avoiding a ban because the only way to move the save data is with homebrew.

After using. bcml And installing the mod the game does not work anymore. I get an error message. Does anyone know how to fix that?

why does atmosphere boot into emu after a crash? Autoboot in hekate is set to 0.

Are you able to use tools like cdnsp to download .nsp updates. I have an old backup of ff7 thats on 1.0.1 and im trying to track down update nsps to get me to 1.0.2+ using yandex. Not ideal.

Hello, Please Move if to correct spot if necessary thanks!

Hello, I this Wednesday had a solder shop expert in town install this

Turns out no links allowed so google on Amazon

(Console Cable for Nintendo Switch OLED,Replacement Parts for Switch OLED Console with Repair Tools) by Onyehn

Into my OLED. Unfortunately, it appears while I cannot find this video we watched it was,

this bizarre tutorial on YouTube that had terrible classical music, crappy subtitles yellow on white, and mistakes he tells you he makes after watching, luckily the installer was smarter than the obvious mistakes.

When all closed up, and I didn’t have time to complete the software SD side until way later, (should have noticed black screen does not = the picofly no sd screen, I got nothing except RCM OK on TegraRCM, with any and all payloads. Turns out the Flashing Error code on the Picofly when open just enough to see the light (im not going to try and open it past the shielding) is

=* D0 is not connected.

So if most of the soldering is good, should we expect a bad adapter (whatever the smaller rectangle one people complain a lot about on here, not the whole cable and chip set), just a quick reconnect of solder, or, what?

what do I tell him when I go back to fix =* D0 is not connected (like I’m sure he’s competent he did a great job from a bad video, but what is the most likely fix if its not fried, which I don’t think so cause the C port seems good and glitches fine I believe before the error?

Will follow up if needed, I know I should have pictures but as I said I do not want to fuck up (already got one of the wrong screws stuck in the joycon rail with my reassembly lol, hope he can pry that out) Thanks for any and all help!

Hi, in my switch OLED, picofly firmware on modchip is 2.73. Is there any update available? I found 2.8 , but not sure it is official. Please help.

There reason I am doing this is I believe my modchip needs a reset. Occasionally, my modchip stops glitching and switch boots up like there is no modchip directly into OFW without going into hekate (lights says blue—> then =* dat0 error). In reality dat0 is fine, and I am able to get into hekate after completely draining the battery.
