Now here's my dilemma, I got the design, but now I cannot find the proper measurements, it's too inconsistent to be finding it online, I'm guessing this is the right one, but I'm not sure

Zank you. Now as far as the train [tommy train] He is more "Elongated". As there were Many train types in the past. Hope that helps.
