DSI Menu Problem

Problem is The DSi menu does not have sound at all and no splash screen either what causes this problem?

The issue is caused by Unlaunch. It is due to the developer disliking the music.
To fix the issue, launch the Unlaunch installer using TWiLight Menu++, then select "Install Now".
By default, it will allow the DSi Menu to have music again.

When I do that it is still silent

Open TWLMenu++ Settings, and make sure the "Launcher Patches" setting is set to "Default". Once you've done that, install Unlaunch again.
