Unfortunately I've downloaded a saved data and the error appears the same

Only to say finnaly NHSE worked at last and it seems I can begin to work. Next Goal is to try to connect my switch locally with my emulated Island to sell turnips or find villagers or materials.

Guys, I came to do the airport part, but I can never get it open. What do I do? They've banned me from all the places because I couldn't explain it properly, and now I can't even access Beri-chan anymore. It sucks to want help and no one can help me.

How to do it, because I use acpoker, but at the time I have to access the internet to be able to open the treasure island

First play normal, don't use anything and wait for the airport to open normally, once you can create a dodo code.
Feel free to use whatever you have to set your treasure island, also make sure to avoid using incognito or block Nintendo servers

It's a shame there's no video explaining this part. I don't really understand, and I still use a ready-made island just to put things on.
Do I need to transfer the island from the modified one to the other one to be able to do this?
One more question, how would I use the spawmer without modification?

I will use different programs to explain.
For example start as normal, play for 2 days (or change date of switch to speed things up). The second day you should receive a msg that the airport can be used.
Save the game normally, use jksv to backup the island.
Transfer the folder to a PC and edit in nhse
Using nhse use the pre made treasure island nhi files to switch your current island with the treasure island, without changing your progress.
Save, transfer to switch, restore, open acnh to see everything works and use poker if you want to keep restocking the island

Jksv can make a backup on switch.
Using another program to connect the switch via USB or using Hekate to connect the switch to PC via USB...
Or just extract the SD and connect to pc

Well, when I did all this on the modded one, I was getting an error saying that I couldn't open the island to leave it as a treasure. I had done everything right and I was never able to resolve this issue.

When I was playing on the "MODDED" one, I had a map already saved and when I accessed it, that's what happened: an "error" to configure it.

Do I have to transfer the save from the "modded" one to the LOCKED switch?

Can't do, need the sysbot-base, if the modded switch it's "clean" can use that one.
Clean means no illegal copies of any game

Calm down, explain to me then how am I going to spawn things in the game? Do I leave them saved there and for whoever goes in and reloads them?

Only a modded switch can freeze the island or automatically restock. In a locked switch it's impossible

If the switch doesn't have anything that could potentially cause a ban, there is no need to switch from modded to block.
For example my switch only have acnh and pokemon games I purchased, can go online with atmosphere and poker working in the background without problem.
The risk it's minimum.

Just as normal, start switch with atmosphere, check your connection works and that's all.
Again make sure to keep your switch clean. No Rom games
