is good now that it found an address you just need to pick the right address, so change scripts starting from (0) to (5) since you find 6 address on ispecialskell "0 is the 1st, 1 is the 2nd address etc", edit click ok close scripts and toggle the scripts when it done then check it by entering skell gear weapon or armor scroll up down see if it fill ?? with number.
if you have the scan data on you can almost pick the right address that is above the player name address other address that i s below it must be copy, in my end I only fund 2 result and the 2nd address the right 1. this is the problem dealing with mapped memory .
I've found a line that shows me something but it doesn't match anything I have equipped.

then it still the wrong address if it correct the name will show string name for ispecialskell, if you are using it for special skell
for example if it the right address as soon you enter skell gear n you have ares 90 it will fill the name with "ares 90 frame"

It doesn't show the names at all but augment swapping seems to work now. Stat changes don't show up either but attribute damage did go up, so I guess it's fine somehow. Thanks.

EDIT: Even with all that AttributeDmg.GRAV XX pumping, Hraesvelg Lord is still weaker than regular barely minmaxed lvl 60 Skells. Sigh. It should still be somewhat usable during the main plot, at the very least.

When I say it disappears, I mean it only disappears visually from the battle trait section. But if I press ZL, the description of the battle trait still appears, although it's targeting empty space. So the battle trait and augment sections look empty, but they still exist.


Sometimes they reappear when I hover over a piece of equipment that has traits, and then go back to the generated armor.


And no, I didn’t set the others to "hidden", but to "hide". Could that be the issue?

maybe, there is a difference between hide(battle trait) and hidden , as their values differ.
hide (battle trait) = 0000
hidden (augs ) = FFFF

choose 'hidden' instead of 'hide', 'hide' and 'open/hidden(battle trait)' both enable the slot, and when armor piece have 3 battle traits and more than 1 slot, the second and third battle traits will visually disappear in battle trait section of inventory

Ah, i see. Something else to check. Got it. Will be in the next minor revision....
 
Gamerjin, you are doing god's work here. I am a stupid minmaxer who could spend days farming to get the perfect gear. You're gonna save me hours and hours of grind.

Just a question regarding the augments installed with the code, as soon as I try to change them to something else, they seem to disappear from the inventory altogether ?

Was the augment originally in the inventory or was it added from "nothing"?

If you tweak what under "player+party" nothing is a weaker, even lvl 1 can 1 shot lvl 90 with an art or not...ROFL
 
Hey, is there a way to force a mission to complete? i am unable to finish new skell on the block. I need to hand over items to a character. I already have the items in my possession but when I go to hand them over i get a blank screen, doesn't show any items and seems like it is frozen but i can hit B to go back. I've tried reloading the save, continuing other missions and just going back and trying it again and still the same issue.
 
Hi @Gamerjin , thank you so much for the code generator spreadsheet. A couple misc. code requests if you don't mind:

1. Could you create a "engineer augments for free" code, kind of like the "craft new gear for free and unlock" code?
2. How about a code to reset playing time to 00:00?

Did you use the '9999 of item you have 0 of' cheat? If yes, then the easiest way would be to manually add what you need with Gamerjin's code generator. If not, then probably the same still applies.

I know but I don't want to break the game... too much. I'm just lamenting how the cool new toy's functionally only good for its novelty factor, which is a shame. Well, it's usable for me now but having to use third party meta tools for that still leaves me with a lingering unpleasant aftertaste.

Can't seem to get it to work. It picks up basic and character data just fine but equipment is a no go, despite me doing exactly what I'm supposed to do for it to supposedly work. Can't ask on the appropriate forum since it requires me to go through Discord to even register, which in turn requires a phone number to verify the account, which I will not divulge. I'm using Ryujinx 1.1.1403.
Yeah, the table is picky. I can get to work after a few tries (it seems warping after a scan fails shifts something and it's more likely to work after that). I suggest to keep trying, as to my knowledge this is the only way to modify the fixed Skell equipment. I've done it myself on the Ares Skells

I still, to this day, do not know how I got my new gear force ok code. Plus I have my hands with video, that I have yet to make because of RF. Oh, that and I think I have a way to edit skell parts on skells that can't be changed. I just need to see if it maps out....
 
The Definitive Edition has effectively reduced inventory limit by changing how equipped items and augs from how it worked in the original.

Now you won't be able to fully equip all your characters and skells while also fully upgrading and augmenting them. And we are only talking about 23 skells max, while your Skell hangar theoretically has space for 30 skells. This was not a problem in the original, because equipped items, especially augments did not count in the inventory. Instead characters and skells there functioned like separate "backpacks"

Is it possible to make a to circumvent this limitation, they introduced into this version?

I did try the 9999 cheat but I could not get it to work. if i recall seeing somewhere earlier. I go to my inventory hold ZL and then press R or L and it should add items correct?

I had to use the code generator to generate a code to obtain Ian's ID Card since that wasn't working for me. Even though the game states I have the items needed for this mission, I am not able to find the items in my inventory important or otherwise and utilizing the code generator I am unable to find it as well. The items are "molten refridgium" and Sylvalian tree sap.

Do you have some drop altering codes, like the always gold or silver loot ones, or the ones that force specific equipment to drop? Ian's ID Card drops from an unmissable encounter, the only way to miss it would've been with a code preventing it from dropping in the first place (I guess). Is the 9999 items code still toggled on? I don't remember it requiring an additional input but it only really worked for the purpose of crafting items at AM terminal. And that's the only thing that I can think of that'd kind of autocomplete any gathering tasks without the items actually appearing in you inventory since I had the exact same issue with some other quests because of it. Just use the code generator every time you run into this issue, I have no better alternative for you.
