Maybe in your country? Here, it's a right. As in even criminals have the right to vote. Anyone who is a canadian citizen and over 18 has the right to vote.
Driving a car, though, is a privilege, as it can be taken away if you do stupid stuff with your car.

100% agree. Because the vote of a smart and informed person has as much value as the vote of an uninformed and stupid person, and let's face it, stupid people are far from becoming an extinct species
