Hey there! I just tried setting up my name and I'm unable to get the same errors your getting. I tried multiple random characters and all. Is there anything you remember doing that caused this?
Is there a way to update Amagami to 1.01 without the need for a PS Vita, I have the 1.00 files from NPS Browser and I found this update package but I can't find any documentation as to apply said package, it is a .pkg file.

I also had this happen when I first started the game and had to close and restart. All I remember is accidentally double-clicking the "i" character when it happened. Had an error quite similar to that user on Vita3K.
Did all the steps and at first it looked like it worked, but in-game the text has a weird format and it always overflows the dialog box. Also the settings are not translated for me... did I miss something?

Ok so I redid all the steps and I think I forgot to open the folder where the AMAGAMI.IMG file is with the "Open Decrypted" option. Now everything is fine.
Can someone provide directions to patch for use on Vita3k? I have the game working, and on version 1.01, but I don't know how to patch it for an emulator. (I tried downloading Vitashell like the guide suggested but I have no idea what I'm doing with that.)
I have been having trouble starting the game in Vita3K. I did the patch correctly and it does boot but it gets stuck at the developer splash screen. Does anyone have a fix?
The first image is what the game gets stuck on. The second is the log files if anyone can make anything out of it.
Found a bug in Nanasaki's friendship route during a conversation when you meet the criteria for an attack and select it the game freezes and becomes a white screen making the scene inaccessible. You can progress past the white screen by pressing the hint menu but the scene is still skipped and isn't saved in scene replay. I can provide the save if you want to take a look at it.

Hey there! The issue has been resolved and will be fixed in a subsequent update, thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Vita3K
A lot of people are playing this using the PS Vita emulator Vita3K. Because of this we added basic instructions on how to patch your copy on the emulator and fixed issues when trying to apply the patch on Linux. That being said we cannot guarantee you will have a perfect experience with it. While we have not experienced much issues with the emulator, some have been reporting errors that we are unable to replicate. This can be for a variety of reasons such as hardware, backend render, and/or version of emulator. Therefore we will only provide limited support if using an emulator, this is a Vita first patch. Tech Support
I am unable to monitor these forums all the time. So I will not be able to provide support to every issue experienced. When it comes to patching, I will not be providing aid to anyone on Step 1 of the instructions or if you mention how you accomplished Step 1 at all in your issue. I have also made it clear in the instructions as well.
We are aware of a few scenes that the Ebikore edition of Amagami changed/added. You may encounter a few scenes that are untranslated (mainly non-heroine scenes), these are being worked on but require time.
After that, updates will become silent and only appear as a blurb on the main post as to not spam for every slightly tweaked line. The only exception will be Mahjong if anyone decides to take the mantle of translating it.
That's all from me, installation of the patch is the same as before. You can copy over your !!input folder into the new patch if you left the files in there.
