ok, I've been testing some mods that really helped, but I still have problems on the map, the characters seem to walk more slowly. Is there any adjustment for this?

Hey is there any way to make a mod or transfer the mod from wii u for the skell licenece unlock and unlock level 60 skells early for ryujinx or if that is too hard maybe a workable moon jump for the time being for ryujinx

I didn't notice this. It's your FPS stable at 60?.
no, it's between 45/50 fps. walking around the map or fighting, I will try a native resolution 720/1080

Good to put it in native resolution solved the slowness problem, but everything seems to be super fast. QTE almost impossible to get right... but it was an improvement

What version of the mod are you trying ...?. Did you enabled the cheat? ...

QTE is fixed FYI.

i upload new video with all mod and tested with AMD fluid motion ( hardware pilot ), in real its very very smooth ( better than lossless actualy )
but youtube its locked to 60 frames, maybe you dont see the real fluidity.

GBA temp can upload a video, but all time "error", maybe to big?
i stream to 1440P.

good stuff man, what settings do you use for fluid motion? i had some terrible ghosting in the map menu when i tried using it.. running around in game it was pretty good at least, went back to lossless after as it performed much better for me ;o

think it's still the way to go until the cheat makers can iron out the last few glitches with 60fps, think it's only the UI slowdown after a quest complete iirc

I hope this can answer your question,

Alrighty, I got everything working. I'm a convert to Citron. So just some FYI stuff for Citron from someone who just went through it.

Citron does not support 32:9 so don't use that mod.

When you pick the 21:9 mod you have to go to game properties, graphics and force 21:9 despite what the little tooltip says.

For cheats they have to be loaded One at a time. So no long txt like Ryujinx. This means all the cheats you want to use have to be in separate folders. So a short tutorial is let's say I want to use the 255 item after viewing cheat. I right click the game, open mod folder, right click make a new folder called 255 item after viewing. Go into that folder, make another folder called "cheats" and in that folder paste the text file that has only that cheat in it and make sure the txt file is named the build id. The one in the original thread is named correctly. So I copied it three times, deleted everything but the 3 mods I'm using, and made three folders and everything works.

Yes I ported them from Cemu (I miss so much this emu with asm code cave support and debugger ^^).
And I don't know if Monolith patched the equipments but in the menu we cannot see more than 4 slots max, there is no space left.

Anyway, v0.2 with both presets for gold treasure (forced and unforced)
It doesn't work, the emulator is crashing.

Regarding your issue ... I think you're in the same spot as me. Test the mod in .zip file and let me know if it's fixed.

Also let us know if you were using 6GB, 8GB DRAM or if you have an AMD GPU.
Seems to be fixed! Just in case it would still be useful to know, I'm using an nvidia GPU (3070), and had reproduced the issue with 4, 6 and 6GB DRAM.
Test this new version and let us know if it's fixed.
The new LOD patch fixed my shimmering issues, thanks - you guys work insanely fast! I feel like the pop in may somehow actually be more noticeable now somehow (although I tested and it's definitely still happening at the same distance). Feels a bit greedy to even ask, but I don't suppose there's any plans for a draw distance mod?

EDIT: After I played for a while longer I did notice some large triangle shadows appearing, so I think the issue is still present at 1800p, just less pronounced.

Loot Mods for Citron (should work with Ryujinx but not tested)
Work in progress!
  • LootEquipmentsBestQuality : force primordial equipment with 3 augments (and only 1 free slot as the game does not seem to allow cheat equipment with 3 augments and 3 free slots)
  • LootEquipmentsForceCount : force 3 equipments looted per treasure
  • LootEquipmentsForceType : force type of equipment (ground weapon or armor) and subtype
  • LootEquipmentsIgnoreBroken : remove broken equipment
  • LootTreasureQuality : force gold treasure
About your [LootEquipmentsBestQuality] cheat, I changed the line of the quantity of free slots to always come 3 and it works.
Since weapons can normally come with both 3 augs and 3 free slots at maximum they do drop like that.
Armors only can have 3 augs and 1 free slot at maximum so they drop with only 1 free slot normally (as intended), looks like it's not possible for it to have 3 slots for armors like on the wii u but you still can have it for weapons (monotih seems to have patched cheat equipment for armors then)
so you may want to update your cheat or do some testing on your own

edit: looks like this method gives a visual bug to armor augments and slots, it shows only as 1 augment but if you press ZL to select it you can scroll through them, they're there but are invisible, the only workaround for this is viewing a weapon that has 3 augs/3 slots and viewing the armor right away

Last edited by Yuniheim,
We have already told you a thousand times that we don't care and we are not interested in you and your thousands of Lossless Scaling posts.

Stop posting here
.

Create a thread apart and call it “Lossless Scaling on Xenoblade”.

Post your settings, your videos etc etc there and stop bothering.
I swear to god there's a group of people who are OBSESSED with Lossless Scaling. And they seem to always hang around emulator and handheld forums/communities.

ANYWAYS is there any possibility the game could be made to go beyond 60 fps or is there just some kind of limitation that prevents it?

I switched to Citron and now it's working perfectly, thank you.

For me I feel the pop is the same, i'am not a modder but as far as i know, on other xenoblade games, draw distance mods was not possible, maybe I'am wrong (and i hope).
Poping issue is way better on xcx than xc3, on xc3 grass pop really really near of you, like 2m :(
