I dont know if this is just a really bad port job, if the game itself was just coded poorly from the rip, or if the switch is really just that bad but it is what it is.

I dont know about that, my system is a 9800x3d + 64gb ddr5 cl30 6000 + rtx 3080 set on the emulator 3x720 = 2160p and so far with the 60fps speed hack, no slowdowns were seen, always 60fps. I guess that 9800x3d is too strong on single thread. I even requested a proper 120fps mod because even 60fps if playing this game too much, my eyes get hurt.

the answer to the second question depends on the user themselves:
my code is for if they dont want to alter their save,
dsrules does alter their save file.

both yours and dsrules's [unlock fashion gear] cheat works on citron emulator, I tested both separately so I'm just reporting
I think I'm one of the few users here that are using cheats on this emulator specifically

rick mate.. i know you're old, but this guy was clearing talking about running it on a switch. you might need a new pair of specs if you couldn't read that part..

or maybe the 60fps really did hurt your eyes, ahahah

60 FPS hurts my eyes as well that's why I keep requesting a 120FPS or 144FPS cheat/mod and I'm not old either.

I'll be done with work in 2hrs, so OP file will be updated with all the new cheats then excluding the boob slider code etc etc.
I suggest guys since the OP file will have a LOT of codes, to create your own cheat file and drag the codes in that you want specifically. Most that are by Ranma require his master code as well.
I'll try testing codes tonight myself

Arts and Skills are different Skills are those passive thing
