If you don't know which part to change, then I'll also assume you don't know the structure of switch cheats, or even how to read, or format them.
I am no teacher, just a hobbyist who decided to maintain working cheats and provide LTS for one game.
If you're wanting to learn, you're better off googling YouTube tutorials on making Switch cheats.

It is not simply "@ number code". The cheats are instructions.
But here's the answer so please stop asking me.
The cheat works by performing a logical shift on a register. You just need to adjust how many bits it is being shifted by.
I can't seem to turn the "Disable EXP Share" cheat off without needing to restart the game. If i turn it off pokemon still don't get xp. Is there an "On" and "Off" version of this cheat?

I intentionally refrained from making it an On/Off code, since it makes no sense to me; that anyone who would want the EXP Share to be disabled would ever need to turn it back on.
UPDATE: You can now activate Shaymin Event if you want to catch the legit way simply using PkHex and changing HAIHUEVENT_ID_D18 from 0 to 1, same goes for Darkrai
Changing the event IDs (and adding Oak's Letter and the Member's Card) with PkHex works perfectly; thanks for posting!
Just a quick FYI with the Darkrai event, the door to the building behind the Canalave City Pokécentre will remain locked until you've encountered Cresselia. This is quite easy to do since you just need to go to the house near the boat that takes you to the Iron Islands and then talk to the sailor of the same boat. He'll take you to see Cresselia.
Hello code gurus and Pokémon experts. I am playing the old original version of BD. I have never updated my copy (v1.0.0)
I love the code list available for v1 except I would greatly appreciate a master ball code.
Game: Pokemon Brilliant Diamond
Request :Access Master Balls early
Title id : 0100000011D90000
Build id : F87FC6075104EC4D
Version : Pokemon Brilliant Diamond v1.0.0
Thank you
Edit:
Sorry everyone. I am showing my limited knowledge. I just checked the master file in this thread and I had a completely different cheat file. Mine has invincibility, 5x exp, 5x damage and many others but no code for master balls. I will just add the master ball code from this thread to my cht file.
Hello, I can't seem to get walk through walls to work on 1.3.0 of shining pearl. I know I did the steps correctly because max money and infinite PP worked. I haven't tested the other cheats. 38F59CBDA2EB9C44

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond [0100000011D90000][v0].nsp
INSTRUMENTAL's Long Term Support Cheat's for Brilliant Diamond and Shinng Pearl v1.3.0
I've finished updating/creating/reorganising the available cheats for BDSP version 1.3.0, so that going forward anyone using this thread has 100% tested and working cheats.
I've spent hours not only deciding which cheats to support, but also looking at the code, how they work and seeing if I could reduce the amount of instructions. In the end, some codes are new with the same effects, some cheats are just updated; most importantly however, there is both cheat parity between the games and full cheat support (you can have all cheats activated at the same time, no issues/conflicts).
With this release, I would like to mention a couple points:
I will only be offering help to those using specifically, the cheats in this archive.
I will not be offering any values to be changed, eg. Exp Multiplier, Radar Chain Amount
I will not be adding any more cheats, nor will I be splitting the cheats into On/Off parts.
I will not be back porting these cheats to previous versions.
I should also reiterate, these cheats are for the Nintendo Switch. I tested them all on the Nintendo Switch. My support extends only to the Nintendo Switch. I have, and want nothing to do with any other platforms.
This is a list of the cheats provided, alongside the instructions on how to use them.
If you have not read this section and you ask for help I WILL NEVER RESPOND.
One thing I want to explain prior to the list, is that I have made it so that some of the cheats have both an "On" and an "Off". With the 60 FPS cheat for example, once you have enabled the cheat (whether that be through Breeze, Edizon or Zing), it will be on and has no need to be turned off, however, if you wanted to disable the "Shiny Pokemon" for example, once you have enabled the cheat, simply disabling it does not stop the effect of the cheat code.
As such in previous releases, cheat authors have provided their cheats with two versions, an "[Example Cheat (On)]" and an "[Example Cheat (Off)]". I have forgone this, and provided cheats with button combination codes that toggle their effects.
Below I will give an example of the operation of one of these cheats, specifically: "[Shiny Pokemon (ZL+A=On ZL+B=Off)]"
The operation of such a cheat goes as follows:
Enable the cheat [Shiny Pokemon (ZL+A=On ZL+B=Off)], via your cheat manager of choice.
Inside the game BD/SP, hold down the ZL trigger and then the A button for a second.
This has now enabled the cheat effects and all pokemon will now spawn shiny.
Once you've decided you want to turn the shiny effect off, hold down the ZL trigger and then the B button for a second.
This has now disabled the cheat effects and all pokemon will now spawn as normal.
These steps are the same for all the cheats that have both an "On" and an "Off" option, with the button combinations being written in the name of the cheat, so you can read it in your cheat manager.

The ZR trigger and the X button disables the multiplier.
The ZR trigger and the Y button sets the multiplier to 8x the value.
The ZR trigger and the A button sets the multiplier to 64x the value.
The ZR trigger and the B button sets the multiplier to 256x the value.

Once the cheat is enabled, you can activate the effect by pressing both the R bumper and the A button at the same time. You can disable the effect by pressing both the R bumper and the B button at the same time.

[Infinite Radar/VS-Seeker Energy] - Allows you to use both the PokeRadar and the Vs-Seeker without having to charge them.
[Radar IV-Logic Fix] - Fixes a bug in the game code, that prevents the player from correctly receiving the bonuses to pokemon IV's at certain PokeRadar chain milestones.
[Unbreakable Radar Chain (ZL+L3=On ZL+R3=Off)] - Makes it impossible to break a PokeRadar chain. Once the cheat is enabled, you can activate the effect by pressing both the ZL trigger and the Left analog stick in at the same time. You can disable the effect by pressing both the ZL trigger and the Right analog stick in at the same time. (If the cheat is not disabled after leaving one route, and then encountering pokemon on another route, you will still have the pokemon from the previous route spawning. In these instances, illegal pokemon are being generated.)
[Radar Chain =101] - Sets the PokeRadar chain count to 101.
[Enable Spiritomb Tower] - Enables the Spiritomb tower encounter. Once enabled, just walk up and press the A button on the Spiritomb tower.
[QwikLightstone] - QwikLightstone is a combination of both Instant 40 Lightstones and Infinite Lightstones. When underground you just need to pickup one lightstone and you'll enable the lightstone bonus for your entire duration underground.
[All Dig Spots] - Populates the walls underground with all possible digspots.
[Unlimited Digging] - Stops the wall from taking damage when digging.
[Instant Egg Hatch] - Makes Eggs hatch instantly.
[Nursery Instant Egg (Hold L)] - While holding the L bumper, the old man will instantly be ready to give you pokemon eggs.
[Instant Honey Tree] - Once the cheat is enabled, walk up to a tree and interact with it to slather Honey on the tree, then interact with the tree again and it will instantly have a pokemon spawn.
[Contest Auto Win] - Once enabled, you will always win and receive the contest star award.
[Perfect Badges] - Makes all of your badges sparkle perfectly clean.
The Poketch Spawn cheat has an order that MUST be followed, in order for it to function correctly. Ensure that you are following these steps, to the letter:
Enable the cheat via your cheat manager of choice.
In the game BD/SP press both the Up d-pad and the Down d-pad at the same time.
This has now enabled custom pokemon spawns.
BEFORE entering any grass, open you poketch and navigate to the calculator app.
Ensure the calculator is cleared of all values, and theres no number on screen.
Press the numbers for the National Dex ID of the desired pokemon, eg. Arceus = 493, Rayquaza = 384.
With the desired numbers entered into the calculator press the equals key "=" on the calculator.
Press the R bumper ONCE to make the poketch screen small, but NOT close it completely.
Having entered the value into the calculator and pressed "=", Press the ZR trigger to finally set the pokemon to be spawned.
Now any pokemon you encounter will be the pokemon that matches the National Dex ID entered into the calculator.
If you want to spawn another custom pokemon, go to Step 5, and follow the instructions from there.
To disable the custom pokemon spawn simply press the Right d-pad.
As always, if you have questions or come across some problems, feel free to @ me
Hey, firstly thank you for providing us with these cheats. However, barely any cheats from your list work for me. I am sure I am running v.1.3.0 and I made sure to pick the right folder containing the correct txt. I'm not far into the game yet (2nd gym) if that makes any difference. Any idea what could be wrong? I was hoping to get v1.3.0 cheats working.

My best advice would be to do a fresh setup of your SD card, ensuring that you download the latest version of all the required files.
I'm sure there are many YouTube tutorials that show the whole process step by step, that way you can be certain in your Switch's setup.

Thanks, I'll try to figure it out. Also, which part of the code do I need to remove for a cheat to be active all the time, instead of having to press a button to activate it?
