So I wanted to play Mischief Makers on the Wii via virtual console because i heard both N64 emulators run like cheeks especially with mischief makers and apparently the GBAtemp compatibility list for injecting N64 games into the Wii VC states that Mischief Makers is not compatible whatsoever stating that all the ROM bases (Sin and Punishment (U) Super Mario 64 (U)
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (U)) causes it to crash on the title screen, while the that has been proven many times
as I've seen across the web, apparently using the PAL version of Mario Golf fixes all the issues, now while i haven't been able to confirm this or seen any actual proof of it

Even if it did work, I've heard that Mischief Makers lags on modern displays regardless if the method to play it is flawless and
i don't know if it has a similar issue with some Gamecube games like Mario kart DD where when playing a PAL game on
an NTSC display, causes it to go haywire. oh yeah and uhh i can't find a VC injector for the wii, only Techmoon's
Wii u VC injector.

if i remember correctly with a wii u you can get better performances with the overclock.
OP said that he wanted for Wii, not Wii U

The best Wii VC WAD injector tool you can use is FriishProduce by @CatmanFan.

Btw, i tried to inject Mischief Makers on every possible Wii VC N64 WAD but in the bases i got to load the game, the game always crashed at the title screen after pressing the START button.

Your best option to play this game on Wii is using Not64 emulator instead.

is there a way to make like a forwarder, basically a wii VC channel that boots into mischief makers running on not64?

The most easy way to make a Wii VC forwarder for a N64 game is using FriishProduce. In Injection method, select Not64.

The most detailed method (but it's quite tedious):
