so since this is a pc version of gta 3 does that mean u could use the same mods u would on a PC on the 3ds port?

Its doubfull at best given how much sacrafices were made to get stability on such weak hardware,i would really like a guide on the vice city version, i dont care that it doesent work i just like anything like this

I get no audio. Do I need to convert the audio or something? I already used DSP1

Edit: Turns out I was missing SFX.raw and SFX.sdt from the audio folder. I accidentally put them into MP3.

update i got resident evil 2 running on new 3ds full speed and sound not multi disk boot though thatts the drawback

This works from the decompilation project that started in 2019. There's no advancement on the San Andreas decompilation projects at the moment so we would have to wait a little bit
Hey man, so a long time ago you stated txdcnv would work on Windows 10 with Ubuntu and I've been struggling using txdcnv I was wondering if there is a certain way I have to type the [game-dir] and [output-dir] paths. I've been copying and pasting the paths directly from File Manager into Ubuntu and it keeps saying, "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" if you could share like a video or screenshot of you doing it or have any advice it'd be appreciated. It seems to just be a problem with it finding the path directories and I think it's because it doesn't like the way I'm formatting the paths.

The game crashes when you go here. It's because of the amount of objects displayed. If you turn around and go on, you can go a little further.

I'm Japanese and I speak using a translation. By the way, can someone make a Japanese mod for 3DS?

I have completed all the Gta3 missions and collected all the the hidden packs.
It worked normally in my opinion, but before that I told you that you cannot go down that road unless you have an overhead view!
I had to go back to my saved data many times because of this path. On the other hand, there were no crashes at all except here. What bothered me a bit was that the ground seemed to disappear where there were trees, etc. Especially the park is really bad. But it was a good experience. Thank you. I am going to play Vice City now, but in Vice City it crashes when I just attack people. Please update this.

This community is already dead.
It's sad😭

No, its not required. You can do this process on your 3ds itself. (run 're3-txd.3dsx' instead of re3.3dsx)
It will however take hours to complete, while running it on your pc only takes 15~20 minutes.

For Vice City (miami) 'txdcnv' does not work, and the only option is to do this on your 3ds.

Edit:
Here's a re3 icon. Drop it next to 're3.3dsx'.
Hey man can I get a qr code of this game?
