The SD card worked normally during the entirety of this NAND backup I've been doing, but after rawnand.bin.08 got dumped, Windows now completely refuses to load the data on the SD card and asks to format it.
When I put it in the Switch, it says "Failed to init SD!"

Sounds like the SD card is failing (going bad), is a fake, or has corrupted itself. Did you check that the SD card is real not a fake, with a program like H2testw? Are you using FAT32 format?

The SD card was real, the first thing I done when received it was a h2testw check.
The format is FAT32, yes.

Any idea how to get the files off? The card still won't read with another reader or USB port, and Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier just says "Files copied: 0"

How do you access the sd card
Put it in a microSD reader, plug the reader to my PC via USB, it shows 3 drive letters (3 partitions) - 2 of which are normally inaccessible and the third one contains the data, but now all 3 are gone.

Then I just switched to the working letter (usually G:\) and worked with the data on there.
