You need to create an forwarder for the nro.
Many thanks. Just one more question for that please, do I need to enter a prod key (or keys) for it?

High community! Is there something like this that allows in game remapping of joy-cons without a PC, or external controller. Ideally I would like to control this setup in game using Tesla menu and sysmodules.

I specifically want to accomplish this for Hogwarts Legacy flight controls. Currently the left and right movement is controlled by the LEFT joystick, whereas the up and down is controlled RIGHT joystick, absolute nightmare. So here's what I'm trying to do.
- use LEFT joystick for left/right movement
- remap RIGHT joystick up/down to LEFT joystick up/down

Need to update my switch/cfw again, what guides are still working? I used Rentry guide be fore but that seems to be down?

If you've blanked your prodinfo in the past by using Incognito_RCM or similar, make sure not to delete your backup files before you back them up from your SD card. You should have prodinof_sysnand.bin file somewhere on your SD card.
If you need to backup your old saves, you can use JKSV for that.
Also, if you've made any screenshot or video that you might want to keep, make sure to back that up as well.

After that, remove the SD card from the Switch and format it to FAT32 using a tool like guiformat. If you were using a hidden partition emuNAND, make sure to merge all of the partitions into one big one. Now you'll have a clean SD card. I'd recommend testing whether it's still working properly with the h2testw tool.

After that, check the NH Switch guide.
You don't have to dump your own firmware if you don't want to, it's much easier just to download latest firmware files off the Internet (we aren't allowed to link to those files here, but quick Google search is all it takes to find it).
For game backups to work, you'll need latest sys-patch (for firmware 19.0.0 or newer and Atmosphere 1.8.0 or newer only).
If you plan on connecting your emuNAND to the Internet, make sure to setup 90DNS or DNS MITM in order to block Nintendo servers.
For keeping your CFW up-to-date in future, check this guide afterwards.
Legend! Thanks so much.

If you don't want to start from scratch but want to update the existing CFW (provided that you're on Atmosphere and not SX OS), check this guide.
As for the rentry guide specifically, you can check the archive.org for archived pages. I'm sure that most if not all is still available there.

Some pages are absent or present, depending on the date of the capture. It's probably best to forget about the rentry guide. It had a good run while it lasted, but now it's almost obsolete. There are more up-to-date guides out there, including the one from @impeeza

I managed to load a shop on Tinfoil after getting it to load on 19.0 , but I'm experiencing issues when attempting to download games. The download screen shows a speed of 0.0 MB/s, then the download stops abruptly. Although the queue indicates that the download is complete, the game doesn't appear on the Home Screen. If anyone’s able to help it would be appreciated.

Would I need to update the Lockpick RCM payload then? I did a bit of research and it kinda seems like it's been taken down due to DMCA from Nintendo.

I know no linking is allowed, but if I do need t update, do you know if it's still around?

i have one BIG QUESTION and bet that all ns mod users will want to know this:
it is possible to update ofw, cfw and all dependencies, with hekate or another program, WITHOUT EJECTING SD CARD ??

Addendum.

Perfect example of the misery and frustration this keeps causing.

I wake up at 4am, to get ready to leave home for work around 530. Reboot thr switch because it crashed as soon as I take it off the dock. Start work @ 6.

Clock off for break a bit after 9. Unpack switch from its case. Of course it's blazing hot to the touch and it shows the same atmosphere crash error screen. Reboot, mash buttons to get it to actually boot the damn environment.

It already wasted 80% of the battery! This is beyond unacceptable. What the hell do I have to do, to make this thing behave again?
Unfortunately, this is still a problem, and I don't know what to do to even try and remedy it.

At this point I'm thinking I have to basically just... rebuild a new emuMMC or similar. For reference, been using the hidden partition method. Is it possible to do an SD file iteration instead? Is it possible to reserve the same id or whatever system it uses? Just that I would hate to have to reinstall everything from scratch.

At present I'm basically scratching my head and tugging at what hair I have left, to try and get this switch to behave again.

Yes, I do it via Hekate's SD card mounting tool.

What does that mean ?
That's a modchipped switch lite when booting into 18.1.0 emunand while having the clean sysnand at 19.0.1
