Not everyone who votes for Trump wants a dictatorship.
Well sure people don't want a dictatorship, but Trump does, and you still worship him. Its like saying, I don't like sexual predators and I think its wrong, but I still fully support Diddy and think he's a good guy. Here Diddy, date my daughter.

Like the bigotry and racism,.it ain't a deal breaker for em 🤷

Everyone has racist tendencies. Democrats tend to be oversensitive while Republicans tend to be insensitive. In such respect, I cannot say that I feel comfortable with either or. But we must choose?

Ever heard of how Hitler came to power? Franco, Mussolini, Margaret Thatcher?

Right. He didn't start as a dictator. He became one. You are afraid that Trump will do the same thing. It'd be more honest to say that you are afraid of Trump becoming like Hitler instead of saying that he is Hitler. Power is volatile. The difference between democrats and republicans, imo, is that the dictatorship may have a face (republican) or be faceless ("democrat")... either way, it is a potential bane on humanity. I'm skeptical of either decision.

I don't know if Trump wants a solid dictatorship, but he does say things about what Hitler did "right". He may be trying to perfect the formula, and only be just dictator "enough" and just democratic "enough". He's trying to leverage the failures of the political discourse that has happened since JFK. Either way it is a bet. If you feel safer maintaining the course the way things have been going, it is your decision. For many people, Trump is a potential out from what is perceived as the uniparty system (disguised as a two party system) that has been waging war on the world. I am totally skeptical and am not sure if I believe him. I won't vote for him. I won't endorse him. I'm more comfortable flipping a coin.

Here's the rub: Trump will either win or lose. If he loses, half the country can rejoice and get back to normal....If he wins then the half of the country that detests him and fears our country will descend into a dictatorship are free to renounce their citizenship and apply for asylum in a more desirable democratic nation.

Yes, you have conveniently forgotten all the traitors when he lost last time who relentlessly tried to install him. Also wow, the Brexit argument "just leave if you don't like". Are you 12?

i'm not afraid, it is a certainty since he said so himself. Your "both are bad" stance is both disingenous and ridiculous. Harris certainly didn't say any of the sort.

If you perceive and compare race, you are racist, by definition.

I don't think all dictatorships result in "the holocaust" btw. Nor do I think that Trump is trying to become exactly like Hitler. He has clearly suggested that Hitler had strengths, and he wants to adopt them. Try speaking about Hitler's weaknesses and what Trump feels about those. Maybe ask Trump directly?

I also don't think that America isn't already a type of dictatorship.

I thought I made it clear that I don't agree with American elections, and I understand that people are capable of voting for either side with the best intentions.

If you don't understand, please specify the point of confusion.

Statement only made by racists and bigots to justify their racism or bigotry.
You can say that you do not see race while simultaneously arguing for the fair treatment of race. The fact is that an equilibrium has not been established and you are currently engaged in the math of it.

Hope this helps

It seems like you are quoting me but I don't see where. Harris not stating the obvious direction of American government was exactly my point (faceless). In other words, they give lip service while everyday people lose strength (leverage) and become reliant of a mechanized system (subsidization).

"both sides" are claiming the same thing. It fails in providing direction moving forward and maintains the 2-party shit-show.

Yeah people who say this don't understand equivalency and don't need to be taken seriously
I know you believe in your government somehow. I think it is a bit naive. Your government is a 2 party system, and it is something I wish to reject altogether. So yeah, maybe I feel the same about you. But you did say it first. Does this mean you are quicker to draw arms and go to war. Or are you the sensible one?

I would prefer ranked choice roll out and elimination of the electoral college and the Senate

Okay, but you don't have that. If that's what you want, why not join me in shitting on the shitfest? I could support your decision to vote for someone who advocates for those goals. AFAIK, we aren't there.

Constitution is quite frankly outdated. The leader being decided by handful of swing states going against the will of the people clearly isn't working.

Under Bush's we got 9/11, 2 wars, a housing crisis and a recession.

Under Trump we had a disproportionate death rate during the pandemic, high unemployment, shortages and mother mortality rate going up thanks to his SCJ picks.

The people rejected these two and they're vindicated given how their presidencies played out.
