In the chaos of Trump's four years in office, I think it kind of flew under the radar that he pitched the idea to sell Puerto Rico to another country following hurricane Maria. So it's not as though he's ever been supportive of the territory or the people who live there.

He said he was leaning toward voting for RFK Jr earlier this year, which he then backtracked on a couple days later after MAGA inundated him with thousands of threats and insults. If he had any balls, that would've just solidified his resolve to support anybody except Trump.

Not only did they not say anything about it, whenever he said it to the crowd, the crowd cheered! As if everyone in that crowd never had anything go wrong on their job at some point, and didn't have to worry about a customer just refusing to pay.
I respect politico, but in that article they focus too much on Trump and that comedian. At the same day, Harris made a very hopeful message for Puerto ricans, about investing, rebuilding and improving. Shouldn't that at least get a mention, if only for contrast?
