It wasn't amazing. It was notable though, because he engaged in sustained unscripted conversation for 3 hrs, which is a bigger deal even than it sounds. But it was just two people talking. No fireworks, no music, no commercial breaks. To watch/listen to such a thing for 3hrs is a real endurance test no matter who is being interviewed. But Trump "passed" the test of simply doing an interview of that length without a rhetorical train wreck or going cringe. The question is whether Ms. Harris could too.

Old people can go on and on with "stories", but so often it doesn't make a lick of sense, especially when they're the sort of person that keeps repeating the same lies over and over. Besides, a previous time Trump dealt with an "unscripted" scenario, he stopped questions and danced to music for 40 minutes.
