Homebrew [Help] Vitashell not recognized by PC through either USB or FTP

Im trying to transfer some files to my vita but when I connect my usb to my PC, vitahsell says it connected but the vita doesnt show up on PC. I tried FTP but even though it connected none of my vitas files showed up, it was blank. How do I fix this vitashell glitch?

Have you installed the required driver on your PC?
