I'm using the save file from the Switch version on my JB ps4. I simply copy the ps4 save file using apollo save homebrew onto an ex hdd so I can see what the differences are. I renamed the switch save to megaton5.ps4.sav and just copy/paste over the original ps4 save. Then resigned/copy it back to the ps4 HDD via apollo homebrew. - This is a good solution if you want to import your progress or just use a save file with cheats on them.
Decrypting a ps4 save will require Save Wizard especially if its not jailbroken.
Hello ! Thanks for taking the time to reply and help me ! I didn't know you could just import a switch save on ps4 and thought this would need a converter like with P5 from PS4 to switch. My PS4 is jailbroken so I'll check that out immediately ! Thanks again !

I cannot get started with decrypting. None of the commands you provide work, and the batch file does not work either. It always says that the input doesn't exist. Could you help?

You could use this save editor. It can load both encrypted and decrypted saves you can mod your save with it or use it to decrypt save and export decrypted save https://github.com/zmbkilla/Aogami

I am trying to do this, but it says that my computer cannot run the app, and in the command line it says "access denied". When I copy my save file to a different foldler with the save packer files and try to do it, it says that the input path does not exist. not sure what is going on.

That one does not work either, because when I am trying to choose the encrypted file, it cannot locate it. My save is "GameSave02.sav". I pulled it straight out of the save folder on the computer.

so i open the savefile, edit it, save, and export it then move it to the folder of the emulator, but after opening the emulator the game doesnt detect the new edited savefile.
Bro, read the suggestion. It literally tells you what to do. No joke, the solution is written right there.
You're in Powershell, so you need to type ".\" before EXEs. (Without the quote marks, just the dot and slash.)
.\smtv_savepacker.exe .......
Or type and run "cmd" first before anything else. It'll internally switch to command prompt where you can run EXEs without ".\".
