Convert old Xenoblade 1 save to Switch?

Is there a way to convert a 3DS or Wii Xenoblade save file to work with the Definitive Edition on Switch (or a Switch emulator)?

We have some of the tools needed to do this, but it's going to be easier to find an existing save with comparable progress than to hex-edit the save file yourself.

https://gbatemp.net/threads/xcde-save-editor.622675/ links to https://gitlab.com/damysteryman/XCDESave, which has info about where some values are stored in the DE save.
https://github.com/enderslash1010/xc1-save-editor can edit Wii saves, so should be useful for identifying the values from your original save for you to insert into the DE save.

You're stupid, right? That's why I wrote this this week because I'm looking for the same thing: a save file converter between Xenoblade for Wii and Switch. That's why I used the forum search, since all the other threads are older and you also need to know how to edit in hexadecimal.

Have you had any luck with this? I have my Wii save I’d love to port over to the Switch.
