how many games do you have streetpass enabled on? the uploading outbox is that you upload your own data on the games so that others can fetch it

This app has been somewhat decent so far. Got a couple crashes with the updated version, but I think it's clearing up. Only real concern is that I'm no longer seeing the message that indicates if anything was downloaded (as of the time of posting this). I'm using an o2DS and at "Train Station", if that affects anything.

There are a few software out there that I don't want to join NetPass (yet).
I try to carry my 3DS every day and luckily, in my area, I still get real Streetpass once or twice a month, mostly Pokemon games and Mii plaza.
So I want to keep track of real StreetPass, not just my NetPass friends on these games.
On the other hand, there are some games that haven't gotten StreetPass in over two years now!
I'd like to use NetPass only for those games.

Hm, that indicates that the SSL certificate failed to check. Is your system date & time accurate?
If the checking says "Done" it means it was successfully done. As for how many streetpasses you get; the checking inbox *always* has one dot and then for every additional dot that is one streetpass message. the 12 boxes indicate that you have streetpass active on 12 games. Soru plans to make this better in future updates

Currently there is no such feature; it just activates NetPass for all of your installed titles. Soru supposes she could, in the future, add some settings for that, however there are more significant things to work on currently.
Nope, this does nothing with normal streetpass, it should still work as expected
Soru is hearing all of your complaints about getting way less passes since she introduced the location thingy. While *some* of that was intentional, it is far worse than expected, thus soru is currently in the process of re-working the algorithm for when/how you get netpasses, so that it should hopefully work better.
I tried this yesterday and it works great! I got one StreetPass from a guy in the Netherlands! Long Live StreetPass! 
I was also at the train station and got a StreetPass from there. I asked my mom yesterday to unblock the AT&T internet on my 3DS because I wanted to use Pretendo Network (I showed my mom the video about Pretendo a week ago, told my mom that both my 3DS and my Wii U was hacked, and boom, she actually let me back on the Internet on my 3DS yesterday to use Pretendo on my 3DS for only 1 hour and NetPass (not the Wii U yet though) I'll ask her to let me use Pretendo on my Wii U today though once I'm done with school for the day. Edit: my mom said no.

I made an account on this site just for this, since I still take my 3DS nearly everywhere and am saddened by the drop in StreetPasses.
I wanted to report that multiple of my outboxes fail with -28 while uploading, it seems to correspond with the games in the Etrian Odyssey series.

Yes, translations are planned but still a bit further ahead on the horizon. Soru first wants to make sure that the current functionality is stable and usable.
It means you happened to have gotten a bad time while soru was applying a server update xP
New server update!
Soru just updated the server to (hopefully) have a better algorithm for more streetpasses. Keep in mind, that the streetpasses don't just happen when entering the location, but throughout your time there. Sadly soru had to again wipe the database for this update, however this should be the last time that that happens (as soru is now using postgres instead of sqlite)

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
