They are assholes to the sellers. They banned many sellers yesterday (Jan 7th)

If they do not like what you sell on there, they will just ban your shop and your account. they will not accept your appeal.
they use people from India.

if any sellers who have been banned and able to get their account back, please comment on this thread.

what were you selling?

what were you selling?
The sellers that got banned likely broke the Terms of Service, and were selling items they shouldn't have been.

I'm just selling 3D printed parts and my Gameboy homebrew, so I'm in the clear.

What exactly did these stores sell? I like Etsy mostly for my phone to find weird stuff that I normally can't find.

I have no problems using Etsy, most likely they got banned for violating the TOS.

I had my account banned for no reason. Especially confusing since I'm not a seller. I just contacted customer support and it got resolved in a week or so, but I can imagine it's a bit more complex if you're selling something they don't like.

Modded consoles that don't have pirated games, but also comes preloaded with "games" 😂
The problem with Etsy all has to rely on selling pirated games, consoles and/or storage medium with them, for a really high price than what it was originally. Wonder if they're gonna be investigated by Nintendo sooner or later. 😂

"Free SD card gift!"

But yeah, when I sell a Gameboy, I load up a 32 MB GBA bootleg cart with a bunch of GB and GBC games so the customer has something to play right away. I don't advertise that though, to keep my account clean.

I think those sellers are sending fake reports to other sellers.

I like how you ignored the addiotnal detail people are asking for

But from the sounds of your latest post it sounds like you're just salty that you where the one who got caught breaking the ToS

You probably also run around call of duty with a mod menu and wine when it gets detected

"rules for thee but not for me"
