I’m pretty sure that this large group of Democrats continued to vote Democrat until 1994, as I stated, and did not renounce their party membership until the date specified, so yes, that right there is a picture of a bunch of Democrats having an issue with race mixing. His "point" is that he will go to great lengths to exonerate Trump, writing paragraph after paragraph of apologetics, whilst also making a pathetic attempt to smear modern Democrats with the sins of the racist Dixiecrats, without any effort to make necessary distinctions between the two parties which happen to share the same name (i.e. crucial details pertaining to the "truth" only seems to matter if defending rightwing criminals). It's a public demonstration of bias and motivated reasoning for all to witness. Well done!

Conservatives haven’t conserved anything for the last 100 years and liberals are so liberal that they started hiring based on race again. One of Biden’s first promises was to nominate “black women judges”. Not good judges, just black women specifically. If anyone else had that notice in their job listings, they’d be running afoul of… the Civil Rights Act. Funny, that.

Since the 1960s, the Democratic Party has been considered liberal and the Republican Party has been considered conservative. As a group, "liberals" are referred to as left or center-left and "conservatives" as right or center-right.

Barely anyone who was responsible for the invasion of Poland remains alive today. It hardly makes sense to call 2023 Germany the same country as the one that started WWII, at least with regard to culpability. Similarly, the modern Democratic party has very little commonality with the racist democrats of seventy years ago (in membership or policy), so little that it is innaccurate to consider them to be the same party. Note that the underlying idea at issue here is (dis)continuity of identity. This means that one can make an argument using the same words, yet those words denote entirely different groups.
