Stuck at orange screen cause and fix?

I bought an Oled switch 2 days ago. And just now, I noticed my switch was suddenly stuck in an orange screen. This never happened to my switch lite so I was really worried. I then restarted my switch and now it works fine again.

So my question is, is this cause by a faulty hardware? Is there a permanent fix for this? How often will this happen? Maybe I'll just ask for a refund or smething.

Might be the wifi chip, if there is a problem with the chip, it throw a orange screen error, I encounter it before also, I end up selling that unit and getting another unit.
