Ubuntu on switch OLED

I can get ubuntu to work but I need to update sdloader and power off everytime before booting it. Anyone know how I can fix that? If I don't , I just get the message "board not initialized properly. hang prevented. reboot in 10 seconds" I got my modchip installed on my OLED and they said the put a instinct v6 modchip in.

It's probably not an instinct modchip.
Try to update your modchip whit newest hwfly-nx firmware.
