@godreborn it's pycryptodome not cryptodome

so the proper command would be pip install pycryptodome

Only remembered this cuz I was messing with the module's RSA encryption the other week.

So, Funny thing, Citra was my savior. I was going through settings and I found download system files, intrigued I clicked on it and behold I now had all of my missing titles on my computer.
