yes i am not using rest mode and the ps4 connected to internet too could it be that the internet is on that is causing the problem?
Try with internet off, before opening the browser and cached menu, or check (internet settings) when coming from shutdown that your PS4 has a valid ip on your network

If that's the case, go through user guide instead of browser. It won't be affected. Then, fix your app.db.

i tested 4 times 2 times jailbreaked successfully 1 time kernel exploit failed and 1 time i get the paige is not responding error and i closed the error by pressing circle button then i try the jailbreak console is crashed cookies and javascript enabled too

With web open try R1 options delete all settings delete cookies and clear web data close browser and try again you could have a lot of open tabs and uses a lot of memory.

I am starting to think you have to rebuild database but if you have games on internal hdd then they will fpkgs disappear they can be recovered by using this but still pita.😋

If it still gives problem after doing this reinstall ofw 9.00. If after both still have problem could be HDD has bad blocks and may soon stop working at all.
