Glitchy BGM in custom theme I made

So I used this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-make-3ds-custom-themes-2020-updated.568539/

...to create a theme, which is posted on here: https://themeplaza.art/download/62359 (you're gonna have to wait to download it because both FileTrip and Zippyshare are dead and ThemePlaza requires approval)

And it already has 2 issues:
* After like 5 minutes, it stops playing even though the bcstm should be looping.
* After opening and closing most apps, the right speaker starts producing an incredibly annoying ringing sound.

What's causing these, and how can I fix that?

I'd assume the bit depth of the wav was incorrect originally

If you are converting mp3s, you need to convert them into a 16 bit depth 41000 khz wav.

Then down to brstm


Then down to bctsm
