Seems to be Konami Endeavour hardware used in gambling games.
The ENL5 chips seem to be some alternate version of the known title "Enchanted Lamp": https://github.com/mamedev/mame/blo...5981c4dbe69/src/mame/konami/konendev.cpp#L445

But the DAP5 chips seem to be some unknown title? "D_PATROL"?

They are for high score saving when power is removed.

the "D patrol" one is nowhere to find !
i will contact konami, or the MAME team ,perhaps they have a clue
