you'd probably have to modify the source code. I've managed to compile either tiramisu or aroma in the past, so it's not very hard to do that, but finding what to modify on the other hand.

It does. The guide explains at some point how to setup Tiramisu and modify its startup behaviour.

Reading up a bit doesn't harm at all, and might also help with some doubts if any.
