How can I convert .RIFF file? I extracted several voice files from Sengoku Musou 3 Z PS3 game. And I want to replace the Japanese voice with Brazilian Portuguese. I'll leave a sample of the .RIFF file and what I want to replace.

you can use vgmstream to convert from .riff to .wav. Though cannot help from .wav to the same .riff format. It seems to use the same header as wav, though with some small twists. According to vgmstream data is storing audio in AC3+ format.

I found this video on YT about creating ATRAC3plus for PS3. I think it can be resolved.
In the video he edits an audio to music. What I want is to replace a voice audio. Since I don't understand programming, I don't really know what I have to do. But if someone knows and makes a tutorial, I can.
