Check the titleid in the error screen and go to the folder atmosphere/contents in the sdcard check if you have a folder with that titleid and delete it.

you can just delete the contents folder and readd it from a fresh atmosphere download. It's most likely as Izy said. Some sysmodule that ain't updated.

Probably so according to changelog

Please Note: 16.0.0 made breaking changes to a number of system APIs, including in FS/NCM/Shared Font commands that some homebrew programs may use.
  • These programs may encounter strange errors, and may need to be recompiled with a libnx updated to support 16.0.0's changes to function properly.

For example Tesla menu that I bet a loads of us have.
Ely update have been pushed to the official Tesla menu repo so it's possible to build one or just download his from Github.

Usually the case, it happened before, newer firmware broken a lot of homebrew that needed to be recompiled.

Go check into your SD Card into : atmosphere\fatal_reports

And check the last report in "Program ID : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

Mine was "420000000007e51a"

Then, go check into : "atmosphere\contents"
And delete the folder that have the same name has the Program ID Showed to you and normally it's all done ;)

Thank you very much :D. Thought I broke my switch after updating to 16.0.1 but thankfully deleting the folder fixed the issue
