Hacking Hackingtoolkit3ds CXI rebuild option is not avaible. How do i rebuid it?

It turns out that I wanted to start editing a CXI file, but after extracting it with the tool and editing it, I realized that I couldn't rebuild the file because the "rebuild" command is not available. I tried with the option for .3ds but it doesn't work, the ROM is corrupted.
Any idea how to rebuild my edited CXI file?,
