Hacking System config tool

I have a Wii U that’s already been modded and has homebrew on it. I was wondering where can I get the system config tool? I can’t find it anywhere.and I don’t believe I have rednand on my Wii U. It said on this that you need rednand or you could brick your system.

You can use it on the regular system. But be very careful with this tool. Or with other words said, if you don't know what you're doing, don't use it.

In case you can't find it: Don't use it. SCT is a dangerous tool not meaned for beginners.

Once I find it how do I even put on the sd card. And I am not to sure if I have rednand on my system. So I got to get rednand in my system before testing the SCT. I look every for tutorials on how to use and installed but not many video help on putting on the sd card.

You put it in install/sct then install with wup installer or something.
