problem with formatting to exfat rcm loader

I have a problem because I formatted to exfat in pc rcm loader and now when I press the plus, nothing lights up on the minus and it is not detected also in usb by the computer. What do I have to do to restore back to the fat format and upload the original files so that it is seen by the computer and lights up when pressing the plus button. Please help

Plug in your RCM Loader (PC) then backup your files (from RCM Loader), then format (RCM Loader) with your fav OS to Fat32, put back your backuped files into your RCM Loader.

So...the Loader is not recognized....the last screenshot, the blue sentence, what does it say ?

If the link below is the same RCM Loader as yours, download the updater, even if you RCM loader has the latest firmware, just do it again and it will wipe and do it's thing and hopefully fix your issue.

I followed step 5
i pressed the + button when connected to usb and still the same

You have to press"+" before you plug it in and hold it till it gets in "Update-Mode", while holding put it in your USB...

i held down the + button before plugging in and no light came on

I noticed you didn't click "Auto Download" tick box in your screen shot, click this first, then hold + and connect RCM to your PC.

So...two more options...try different cables aaand please restart your PC...you could do these options together or step by step

already restarted my pc and tried to connect to another cable and same problem

My question is does the LED need to be on for this to work?
