The only one that I could think of would be YouTube if you're on a New 3DS. Most sites would have troubles rendering on the old and new 3DS models these days.

I actually set up an internet connect with the ds through my phone, just to see if it could access anything. it can not read secure websites (https), not sure if the 3ds has the same problem.

That might be because of that famous root-certificate-expiration problem. It can probably be circumvented by using a local proxy, but I've never messed with that.
