Why do flashcards refer to themselves as Bomberman?

I'm wondering why most flashcards refer to themselves erroneously as "Touch! Bomberman Land", and list the publisher as Nintendo? For comparison, a real Bomberman Land Touch! cartridge would list the publisher as Atlus USA.

It's because that game is in the cart whitelist, allowing the console to launch it.
Also, the publisher varies by the game's region.

Not necessarily that title: I have, among others, an Ace3DS+ (Wood kernel and the best as title compatibility) with the icon of "Deep Labyrinth."

The R4 I have is also detected as Touch! Bomberman Land on my 3DS.
