Try instead booting a Linux distro off a USB instead of your currently installed OS to get around the restrictions.
hmmm its a windows computer and i could try getting a VPN on my home account through chromestore and booting off of another os would just get me in trouble and my home account doesn't have those kind of restrictions but then I would have to deal with network blocking
