there is one for vwii that runs preety damn well now and you can install it on wiiu menu with forwarders and overclock it and 90% of all games will run almost perfect.

i remember someone on this page got psx core adjustment better fps way back maybe withn 6 months ago, hasnt it get any better at all?

Honestly i don't think we're going to see a PSX core unless we get some surprise update. Developers have moved to easier platforms with bigger audiences.

Plus, a solution already exists with WiiSXR + vWii overlock, wich makes it even harder for any developer to care (and i don't blame them)

Hell, we're still waiting for someone to pick up the conversion to Aroma.

Exactly this.

People have got to start to understand that certain emulators on Wii U will be pretty a bespoke experience per game.

It's not going to be an all-in-one solution for anything above the 16-Bit consoles.

very cool friend the ps1 core for wii u, could have the Saturn emulator from yabause and n64 too, wii u and very abandoned when we talk about emulators, for a long time he only had injected wii emulators, after a long time that came the retroarch and even so even the nintendo wii tried to make saturn and nintendo 64 work but, on the wiiu not being so, i think the wii u is much more capable than the wii for that, i've seen wii u running psp, even the project being beta to see wii u and very strong would run dreamcast too.

It's unlikely we'll see Saturn or N64 (not inject) on the WiiU since there is no Dynarec for PPC on Saturn and for N64 someone would have to port the Wii Dynarec to WiiU and there's just no interest from anyone to do it :/

PS1 for now is the most likely to come.

I have the source files of the yabause emulator on the wii, could someone improve the emulator with new features and port it to the wiiu, I'm interested in doing this but, I don't know how to move to this point of porting what can I do and make slight modifications :( but I know that the wii u is capable of running them the n64 and saturn i think even dreamcast would be cool if someone decompile the cores of the pc version and re create them for wii u.

what does it matter if you have the source code for the wii version lol, that emulator has no dynarec which means even on wiiu mode any game that does 3d will plays at 10 fps instead of the original 5 fps that did on the wii...

so friend, the idea would be that, someone taking it as a pass could improve it, add what is missing and make it possible to run better

you do understand that dynarecs take months/years of work to get done correctly by skilled programmers right? that is the hardest part of the emulators, most people dont port emulators just thinking on dynarec codding, and they all know without dynarecs the emulators on weak cpus just dont work.

What is missing is the "someone".
No point throwing about "I think it could be done" when no one is interested in doing so.

Until someone announces they are working on it... Take it as it can't be done.... however, your always welcome to try it yourself by learning what it takes to make it happen.

The "i dont know coding" excuse basically translates as I can't be arsed learning and want someone else to do it.
