Hacking Can't Install CTGP-7 because the server keeps going down

I was installing CTGP-7 with CIA then my 3ds said "Could not resolve host ctgp7.page.link"
as I write this, I switched to the 3DSX one and it recovered from an error after retrying 20 times.
It had failed once and had recovered from an error with 2 error codes.
The fail error was 0000010 00000006
and the 2 regular errors were 00000036 and 00000006.
The Fail made me lose 200MB of the downloaded file.
I hope this gets fixed.

Edit: Its been 35 minutes and it hasn't done it again since I posted this.

This is not a problem with the mod, but your internet being unstable. Try to get closer to your router.

Your 3ds is not able to connect to the internet. Make sure you can access the webpage github.com from the 3ds built-in browser.
