Question about dumping games through tinfoil

If I used a cartridge and dumped it to my sd card by using tinfoil(and not going online to play), can I re-sell the cartridge? will the next owner have an issue with the game card?

Should be fine, but use like nxdumptool to dump your game instead.

I don’t condone piracy, but what you are doing is directly equivalent to simply downloading a backup already available on the Internet but with extra steps. Just sell the cart and find a replacement backup that’s unrelated to your legit cart.
