it wont let me update via internet or with local user. i have disk scarlet and eshop violet. is the a way for me to dump my eshop game into my homebrew

You can find the update online and download it.

There is a way you can dump it. It would require a new emuNAND creation of your sysNAND that has the game/updates installed on then use nxdumptool to dump the game/updates to nsp.

downloaded the ScVi.zip folder and put it in the root of my SD card but when I boot up edizon it says "no config for this game was found" when selecting pokemon scarlet, am i missing something?

Not 100% sure if it needs to be freshly spawned wild or newly caught after you've enabled the codes. I would just get new spawns just to be sure. Pretty sure it don't effect pokemon already caught before the codes were enabled.

Did you unzip the ScVi.zip and transfer the unzipped folder contents?

Yes but I'm pretty sure nature also worked on my starter at the beginning of the game. So maybe pokemon you receive also.

The shiny works if you have Always Shiny code. Howeve the frames drop bad. I've been asking about the Shiny with the ZR button but no response as yet.

Works for pokemons you will encounter after cheat activation. Does not take effect on Pokémon already on your vicinity. Enter and exit building or fly to a location and next Pokémon you encounter will have cheat effects

I just activated x999 item codes for feathers( best ones) or other EV boosting items. Then deactivate x999 code and activate the “no items decrease” cheat and go ham on the Pokémon you wish to raise EVs without wasting those items
