This site has some really biased and immature mods.

I can give you an example of a time I was carelessly moderated. I'm half white half black. I posted an example of a username I used called "Big Nick Digger" which happens to be my PSN ID. And I was called racist for it and the post removed. It may be inappropriate, but they painted me as a racist.

Unfortunate because underneath it all are some good points that could be constructively conveyed, but instead are lost in a mess of unrestrained insults and expletives.

I love how he makes this claim here and provides 0 literally ZERO!!! evidence to support his claim. I have been on this forum for over 3 years and I have never had a SINGLE problem. with a mod. So if you could provide examples of this "Abuse of power" because without them this looks like a pile of bullshit and you look stupid. So any evidence please send my way!

Fugelmir, are you sure YOU were called a racist? I would like to believe it was the username that had "implications of racial slur" or something like that. Because it doesn't matter if someone's black, we don't allow the N-word either way. Just because the word is being reclaimed by black people, doesn't mean it flies on a forum where everyone more or less is a cartoon avatar.

My post was removed or modified for being racist and i was punished for it. Not that it matters to me, particularly. I just thought it was ironic that words can be racist.

I've been on this site since I was an obnoxious, cringe af 10 year old, and the staff here has always been quite fair to me. I don't really participate as much as I did back then, but I am often lurking and I have not witnessed any straight up rudeness, only some people who are a tad bit abrasive, some who might not be having the best time of their lives unfortunately, and others who maybe have too soft of skin to even be participating in online forums in general. I understand that you may be having problems of your own, but please consider that you are not the only one who might be having a difficult time, and that everybody deals with their issues differently, or maybe that's just how they act normally and they don't mean to be that way out of malice to you specifically. Or maybe I'm looking too deep into this and they really are just plain dicks like @Sicklyboy .

This reminds me of two things actually...

First Vipera, only difference I can see so far is that he hasn't called the majority of the userbase Horny Teenagers haha

Second TBH, I had to deal with a person like this a couple months ago, complains about harassment from an anon account (we have one anon account that anyone can use for contests and special events), makes a member announcement (Like official announcement but for members) she titled it "warning" or some stuff like that. Other than making a couple of false allegations, she said how a mod had looked into it (No staff member was contacted lol). So I publicly comment saying how she should report the private messages, she doesn't respond only like the comment. A week later I have a moderator PM her directly since she doesn't really respond to me. She drags her feet in responding to this person, weeks at a time... turns out she "deleted" the PM after responding... Checking the anon account ofc no proof anywhere, checking IP addresses pulls up nothing... The Email attached to the account no one had the Password for, so I bugged the Admin to bug a retired Admin, and there's no receipts, or anything... The community is like the fucking nicest I've been in, and some how, she's the first person to get any harassment.
Tl;Dr Big allegations, avoiding to giving any evidence, reminds me of this.

if you are going to throw people's names into the mud, atleast give solid reason to why, instead of personal mishaps with the people. Hopefully your next blog will be better structured :/ don't forget evidence!

Anywhoo, Moderators are allowed to follow the rules to their own interpretation, iirc the rules are a guideline for the moderators, best way to describe it. So sometimes they will let something slide, but that's because they see it being fine... I've actually broken one of the major rules before, Talked to a certain staff member before-hand, and committed a crime B) (bonus points if you know which rule )

Based on nothing, I'm convinced. Mods should be ashamed.

He hasn't screamed about the Patreon and that commenters create money for the site, hasn't showed any hatred for women, hasn't howled about how P1ngpong insulted his mother, and doesn't seem to be throwing himself into too much of a consistent rabid fury (only commenting once or twice a page) so sadly, I don't think it's dear old Vipera 3.0.

OP, who's ever alt you are, go find some subreddit to fester in, and can blend in with, rather than going 10 levels of rage over every person who differs in ideals from you. Your warning level is already an annoyance enough to see, let alone your posts being reported constantly in the mod center, by dozens of people when you go unhinged. Clearly GBAtemp is bad for your health. You've had your 15 minutes of fame to get off to 4 pages of comments, and we've had our fun laughing at you and poking at your nonexistent arguments and babyrage.
