Rival battle video!

Shadow Black: Video + Flintiex Youtube Channel!​
Made a youtube account, where i'll be uploading some preview videos! To celebrate me making my channel, here's the very first footage of Shadow Black! It Also reveals a starter!​
For anyone thinking "What?! How can a uber pokemon be a starter!? It'll take ages to evolve etc!" Worry not, all shall be explained soon! ;)​

Note the following:

Starters movesets havn't been edited yet, so Dratini won't have hydro pump in the final version!

For testing purposes, I had double exp on.


Havn't decided on music yet, so just played that red remix tune on top of the video!

Thank you! :) It can just be a bit tough as i'm putting so much time and effort into this and people come along and turn their noses up at it.. Guess I'll have to accept not everyone's a fan of the project :P

Plz dont tell me the starters are tepig,oshawott,and snivy!(i saw dratini but im just making sure)

Nope, I decided to do something a little bit different for the hack.. The typical fire,grass,water set-up is no longer in place. I based the starters by looking at popular pokemon. After a lot of decision making, I decided that the starters will be:

Dratini, Who replaces Oshawott
Beldum, who replaces Snivy
Larvitar, who replaces Tepig

They've been edited though so they'll be evolving at levels 16 and 36, The dratini line-up are all Water/Dragon now, so i've edited their movesets and stats to fit with their new typing..
Sorry to anyone who's not happy with the choice. As you can imagine, it's very difficult picking three pokemon from 600+..

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
