pen spinning....

So I'm getting into pen spinning(so are a couple of friends) and I can't do the reverse thumbaround,any tips :P

A few of my friends would do this in school. I tried to learn but I was too busy failing classes.

This isn't a new thing kiddos. I worked on spinning it over my middle finger... that was YEARS ago, and i could never get the thumb loop going properly.

I still, daily spin a pen over my finger. I'm a fidgety person... so it's something to keep me from tapping my hands, or biting the fuck out of my fingers (which i do, anyway).

There's only one thing I want gyrating on my fingers and it's certainly better looking than a pen.

My freshman year math teacher would always do pen tricks, and he taught us how to spin it around your thumb.

I couldn't do it at the time, but then I practiced in Chemistry the next year, and now it's easy.

I do it all the time without thinking, and people are like, "How the hell did you do that?". Lol.

My tip is, practice with a longer pen or even a drum stick. The longer it is, the easier it is to balance.

I sometimes do that sort of thing, but not usually for any great length of time. Or a great deal of skill.

Either I don't get it, or I find it obscenely gross.
