pen spinning....

So I'm getting into pen spinning(so are a couple of friends) and I can't do the reverse thumbaround,any tips :P

I always spin it around my thumb, but I do it without thinking, in exams ect :P

Now I can say I'm a sportsman, and the government says kids these days don't play enough sports

Because a yo-yo is a toy that no one plays these days unless you want to be 'cool', a pen is a writing utensil which somehow spinning it around your thumb is awesome.
