Life is good.

Being a good friend is hard to do when you're trying to be a good friend to the girl you like.
It's also hard to do when there are a ton of complications.
But patience is truly a virtue.
A virtue that will be tested extraneously over the next few months.
Then again, if I really think about it, nothing's really changed.
Another vague blog post, hu?
I'll drop another hidden message at some point in a later blog probably.

In other news I pretty much found out my friend is a closet anime nerd.
Started discussing anime, and he knows much more than I thought he knew.
Now that I know he watches anime it kinda explains how awkward he is in reality.
I can't believe I didn't see it before.
(Yes I'm saying anime nerds are awkward)
I mean, I am.
It was funny, he asked me about Elfen Lied cuz I have a poster in my room.
And he's like, man, I should watch that.
And I was expecting this to be his first anime or something ever watched,
So I recommended HOTD and he's like, hell yeah man, that's awesome.
And I'm like, dude, you're a nerd!
(Didn't say it, but he definitely is)
So this will be cool that I now have someone in my college to discuss this shit with.
But yeah.
Guess I needed to say something much less vague to not make it too weird.
Talk to you guys... whenever I have something interesting to say.
Even if I don't I guess I'll be back.

Building a good foundation for a relationship is a must. Being friends for a spell makes this a whole lot easier. When you have friends, and you do stuff for friends you build trust and a sense of dependability. When your friends talk to you about their problems, then you have trust going on. When you are a good friend to a girl, you already have a place in their heart. Ergo being a good friend = great beginning for a relationship.

When I found out what my friend does in his spare time, I was shocked. It's those little secrets that make a friendship awkward sometimes. I guess that being a closet Anime Nerd is better than being a closet Porn Connoisseur.

You seem like you are having a great time, just keep up the good work and good things will happen.

Most of my friends are out of the closet porn connoisseurs, so wutever.
I prefer to argue why hentai is better.
(Which I haven't done in a while)
But that's getting off topic.

Heh, wutever.
And yeah, I mean, being friends isn't bad at all, so I'll just continue being good friends for now.

well yeah you have to give it a lot of time before you can see what can happen confusion is the main reason for these complications but i think after the 5 weeks it will give some clarity into her mind to realize what she wants to do. though on your part you would be better off searching for someone that goes to your school because all it will do is create more trouble, anger, and depression if anything were to happen. you cant always get what you want it life but its for the better and since more damage will be done if you're more than friends then a really good friend is what you should be...

And I know there may be risks, but there are also rewards.
Well, not so much of physical rewards, but wutever.
And I'm not talking about sex either.
Just being in a relationship is something that's relatively important to me.
But wutever, it's too soon to really be predicting anything now.

On topic: Bravo, just focus on your courses and stop acting so passive. I was in college once (DeVry, never again) and got sidetracked with people in the game club playing Halo (Don't like) and SSBM/SSBB. Which let me dropout of college due to the fact I was a loser and an idiot. I just don't want someone to feel my pain and depression.

Come now, if you can't balance social life with college how will you balance anything in life?
I've got quite the balance between anime/gaming, friends, and school going on with all being successful.
Adding a long distance girlfriend wouldn't do much else.
